I got a fright the other day when I weighed myself as I hadn't done it in awhile. I was 169lbs, which was a shock to me, I have never been this heavy before, even when I was pregnant with my daughters. So I decided that it is now or never. I started cutting down on sugary treats and pop and became more active. Today I weighed my self and I was 166.4lbs, which means I'm already over a couple lbs down already.
